EP (16) Erika Langman: How She Found her Groove as a World Class Wakeboarder & Why She Believes in Having a Back Up Plan

You might think that to become the best in your sport, that you have to start super young - like Tiger Woods.

But that's not always the case.

Maybe that's the case now for those looking to get into wake boarding since the sport has gained a lot of traction with the younger generations over the last 15 years; but Erika Langman had other interests growing up, aside from wake boarding and didn't really get into the sport until Grade 9.

Crazy, right?

And she's now known as one of the best female pro wakeboarder's around- having won multiple competitions at the local, national and international level.

And that's just the beginning.

She says that the values instilled in her by her parents to never quit anything, has shaped who she is today.

It's forced her to see things through to the end, even when the going gets tough and she  feels like quitting.

Her life on the water may seem glamorous and you might even consider quitting your day job to live a similar lifestyle after listening to this inspiring interview.

But rest assured, her journey to the podium hasn't been an easy one. Nevertheless, she's remained positive even after a significant personal tragedy and continues to believe life should be lived in the pursuit of happiness.

I guarantee you'll feel determined, inspired and full of excitement to chase after that elusive dream of yours once you hear Erika's story!
